Very nice. I like the last one. Nothing like the contagion of shame. It's so effective at putting people in a place you wish you weren't in yourself. After all, misery doesn't love company, it just can't live with the alternative.

that actually happened to a couple of office buddies of mine once...terrible tragedy. you wouldn't have beleived all that blood!
In situations like that, it's best not to get involved. Mind your business, keep your head down and what not.
